Very good value
1 of 1 found this helpful Looks cheerful in the sitting room when a little blast of extra heat is needed. It's robust and very good value. My only criticism is that the fan is a little noisy but I think this is a general issue with fan heaters, even very expensive models.

Versatile Coffee Machine
Having had a Nespresso machine for many years I decided to replace it after it broke down again. As my coffee of choice comes in a capsule, I wanted a machine that could handle these as well as ground coffee. The Dualit was the perfect choice; it looks good, it is compact and well built. It took a little getting used to as my last machine was 'plug and play'. Initially I had to pierce the capsules with a skewer as the new machine doesn't come with a piercing tool. However this was quickly rectified by phoning Dualit customer services and one was sent out for free. I am also used to a machine that dispenses a precise amount of water and then stops but this one doesn't, so if you are multi tasking, you have to be careful not to let your mug over fill. I have only tried it with Nespresso capsules so far and I haven't given it a good clean with descaler but the instructions are clear so it should be quite straightforward. The milk nozzle is easy to clean. In my view, this is a well-priced coffee maker that does exactly what I need it to do.
