If you are taking statins....
The doctors explain why there are so many more factors than just cholesterol involved in heart disease. My favorite is their stance against statins, saying that women shouldn't be on them and men shouold only be on them if they have had a heart attack. Along with Statins, CoQ10 should be prescribed, but seldom is.

Muscle Spasms? BioFreeze to the rescue.
I have used Biofreeze for many years and when my muscles get tight, I reach for it. I do an OK job of putting it on myself, but it's easier if someone else puts it on and rubs deep to get the spasms out.
