Excellent traditional Greek recipes. (and a few you've never heard of)
Book is in very good physical shape. The recipes are old so don't look for keto or gluten free. Of the recipes I've tried, all taste great. Just don't use cheap ingredients. Use organic as much as possible and "olive oil" means EXTRA VIRGIN (first press) olive oil.
