I bought this item because I had one before and used it for my business for invoicing my customers and thought I could use another product. The only thing I did not like about the iPad was the printing issue and that I could not use the iPad with a printer as I am a mobile repair center. Also, I used service CEO and you could not type in a lot of places but the problem is fix now. However trying to carry around a lap top was miserable. I bought this iPad again and I wouldn't traid it for anything else. It's light,fast,easy,and they are improving the iPad for more business users all the time.
