Problems with Setting up system

I had problems setting up the system the alarm defaulted to 10 Minutes and the I could not get the tamper to set I was on to Yale for about a week trying to sort out these problems and eventually returned to unit to the supplier who are replacing the unit and very promptly await delivery tomorrow
