  In terms of the product everything was as described I particularly liked the authenticity check as it gave that extra security to ensure it was authentic. The bag has clearly been very well looked after and a great value for money. Communication with the seller was great, they were always very fast and responsive. There was a problem with the postage which was both out of my hands and the sellers with DPD. But had the authenticity centre not packaged the bag so well it would have been damaged.

  EBay won’t let me contact you however You totally dismissed my message to you regarding how to send a 78rpm, I even offered to send you the correct box and materials for you to use but you off course no better !! As soon as the post van turned up I knew it’s going to be bad news, common sense suggests your packaging was inadequate, it had no chance surviving unbroken your just trying to skimp on the postage and there’s no excuse for this despite its value, it’s lasted 60 year till you got it 😤
