Not as pictured, mounting plate is too big, missing washer, ring small, quick release won't close, filing needed to smehow make it work, no good.
Not as pictured, mounting plate is missing the washer, tightening ring small not as pictured, quick release won't close because the mounting plate is too big, you need to file down the mounting plate to somehow make it work, no good. I tried the original Manrotto mounting plate and it does work well with the quick release plate, so it looks like that the mounting plate is the culprit.
