Great item

Great item. Lost out on the 5th star because it is very long (i'm 5ft 4in) and i had to hold it up to avoid tripping on it. You could easily take it up but it was a last minute purchase and I didn't have time. I'm a UK size 8/10 and this fit me well. Just a little loose on the chest, and you can't adjust the criss cross ribbon on the front. Head dress was comfortable to wear too and stayed on all night. Headbands normally hurt behind my ears but I didn't have that problem with this.

For UK size10 and above

Looks great, and makes me sweat which is the whole point. I also have a problem in my gym with people putting the aircon on sub zero so this keeps my muscles warm too. Im a UK size 10 and on the tightest fitting, this fits perfectly around my belly/waist but is a little loose around the abs. i wouldn't recommend if you were smaller than a 10 unless you extended the velcro strips (which i'm probably going to do anyway to make it more snug). Looks great, keeps me warm, makes me sweat and comfortable fabric.
