  Bought this printer as a recommendation from my son, so I didn't have a clue about label printers. ( Now eBay is changing postage options, it's a reluctant buy to be able to carry on selling my things). Anyhow the printer was well and securely packaged. Exactly as described, with help from the seller was able to get it to work. Free postage made the buy good value for money too. I would highly recommend this seller 🙂
