    Item was shipped promptly and came with all pieces with plenty of care taken for packaging. I wouldn't say that it was in "new" condition as described since about 3-4 of the pieces were bent and had to be bent back, but that is totally acceptable. I would recommend and trust this seller for future purchases.

    This was a former store display as listed in description. So not exactly "new". All pieces are shown in photos which I just looked at again. I see nothing "bent".

Better then I expected
Was skeptical after reading reviews but took a chance. Repaired 10 out of 11 skipping cd's with one cycle. Ran the 11th 3 times but it was apparently not salvageable. Very happy with purchase.
