Nothing better for me. Really like my G5.
Have been using the G5 at courses all over the Southeast for three years and have yet to find one that is not on it. I like that there are no fees associated with operating this device. I have updated mine at least three times - it's simple just plug into an online computer and it updates and adds new courses. It is great for on course yardages to hazards and to selected pin positions on the green. Holds up very well when testing against lasers and on-course marker plaques. Touch screen enables you to measure the distance to any point, tee box to green. I don't use the score keeping feature nor measuring shot distances regularly.
The difficulty in reading the screen for me is dimness to the point I need to position it in bright light at times to read it. I usually get about two and a half rounds from a set of batteries. Quick and easy to change and the G5 hold your place while changing batteries.

Innovative and durable, well engineered
I have used the Nocturnal Lighted Nocks for two seasons and have been amazed at how well they provide a way of tracking and recovering my bolts after a shot. I have killed several does during these two seasons and each time the bolt, having passed through he deer, is stuck in the ground with this happy little green or red light telling it's story.
On one longer shot the bolt ended in the tall grass that was thick and pressed down. Without the Nock light I'd never have found the bolt with it's telltale blood smear telling that I had scored a hit,
I like the adjustable diameter allowing me to insert with as much pressure as needed to install and remove the nock as needed.
My only loss has been due to a dead battery. This was due to my not replacing the plastic clip to prevent the light from accidentally engaged.
Overall a great product.
