Light but with problems
The shoes are OK. I only bought them because my Therapist said they are good for people with High arches. I don't really like them much though. They look nice but they don't really feel that great on my feet and when I do some cardio they make my toes and lower part of my foot fall asleep.

These are the most comfortable pair of metcons I have had so far!! Love them
