Can't be programmed, so none of the digital features are available.
After installing the new cluster it displayed the messages "not programmed and program with a scan tool". The GM service tech tried 2 times to do the 3 step process to reprogram the cluster, using a different OBD scanner each time; but was unable to reprogram the cluster. Without the reprogramming you can't see the digital speedometer, trip odometer, miles per gallon, tire pressure monitoring readings and several other features. The tech was also unable to clear the ABS alert and some other alerts which aren't real. If I believe that the tech knows what he is doing, I can only assume that the problem is with the cluster itself.
