Sweetest Orange ive had in years
I wanted a small sized amp for low(ish) volume home use. I was unsure about the Micro Darks suitability but loved the look and the compact nature of it, so i took a little risk having watched plenty of videos and read a fair bit of blurb. I am amazed at the sound and tone i can get out of this lunchbox sized beauty. Paired with the orange ppc108 mini cab it covers everything that i was needing as a person with 3 young kids in the house and only the late hours to noodle in.
Sounds brilliant clean, which is mostly how I'm using it and then when needed i can wind up the gain for some extra crunch. The amp also takes pedals really well through the effects loop, I've been having a lot of fun with reverb.
So all in all a very surprising little box of orange goodness. I would definitely recommend this amp if you're looking for a reasonably priced home use micro sized beauty.
