Poor Multi-Functional

The Dell 3055 is an okay devise in general. This model seems to have routine scanner issues causing poor copy and scan quality. We service several of these units and are having multiple issues with almost half the units in the field.

Fujitsu Fi-6800 scanner

Product works great, and the customer that purchased it is very happy! I highly recommend this product.

Dell 1235cn

This is not a very reliable product. We have several of these units that we service and are experiencing a 25% failure rate with the scanning mechanism. This effects both scanning and copying.
