an m.t.b must buy!
1 of 1 found this helpful been having trouble with my fiamma rack recently ,as i bought a new bike and the wheel/tyre combination is too big for the standard straps,these updated versions are longer and easily go over a 35mm rim with a 2.4 tyre ! theyre a perfect fit and swap over easily ,just what i needed !!
just need them to make some fat bike versions now

quality filter but poor fit
ive had quite a few green filters in the past and prefer them to the oiled k&n type filters as theyre great quality and easy to look after,however this one is a really bad fit in my 2001 2.5 tdi long nose t4,its not just a case of removing the location bumps either,its both too wide and too long ,i checked the part number and it all seems to be the right one for a t4 ,but i wonder if short noses have a different airbox?
my previous green filters have come boxed whereas this just came in a clear bag,so not sure if its been packed incorrectly or is a 'universal' chinese thing ?
wouldnt recommend it though
