Ear splitting!
I like the good suction on this machine, it certainly pulled the carpets up a bit.
I didn't like the overall feel of the machine's quality. It is plastic as you would expect but you wouldn't expect the brittle, easily cracked or chipped feel of this type of plastic. Its construction is more like a toy than a robust household appliance.
However, I haven't smashed anything off it yet so maybe all will be OK.
The noise it makes is terrific, I live in a flat and now I feel very aware of disturbing the neighbours with my hoovering, so I've cut back a bit.
A very cheap purchase—£29, I think—so my own, penny pinching mistake. I would not buy this again, I'd spend a bit more for something more robust and quieter!

Good mixture of useable low value postage stamps. All genuine.
I like this selection of mixed low value postage stamps from different eras.
There's plenty to chose from as most face values are under about 16p so that's quite a lot of individual stamps to get to make £20 worth.
Using up these old stamps on envelopes makes a nice effect - many recipients have commented on them. It does take some working out though how to make the right value at todays postage rates.
There are obviously no self adhesive stamps in a set like this so you have to lick them all. Maybe it would be a bit much of an effort to try and use these particular stamps on small parcels as they cost about £3 a time to post - they might give you a hard time at the Post Office too! But for letters and large letters I think these are great.
In short these are genuine Royal Mail stamps, unused, still with their gum at a discount price. Recommended.
