It won’t even start
The mower fails to start even on New fresh battery. It ran for about 10 minutes and then cut out. It appears to be a problem with the bail and the start switch. I live on Cape Cod Massachusetts and cannot find anyone to repair the unit. Because I have other 40 v products I am very familiar with tthe System What do I do now? I make sure the bag is in place and that the battery is fully charged, properly installed and th key is in properly. Still no go? Can I return the mower for a new one and how do I do it?
