I won x2 boxed Peco crossing points. Paid straight away. Ebay then advised that the items had been sent. A normal txn then. A few days later seller messages and I quote “ I DON’T KNOW HOW YOU MANAGED TO BUY 1 POINT SO I AM CANCELLING THE ORDER…..” Obviously, I didnt buy 1 point as his listing was for 2. Ebay confirmed a refund as nostock/damaged . I won at starting bid of £9. Great price and no other bids. Draw you own conclusions but seems outside of rules to me? No response to my msgs since.
