Quick delivery and packaged very well all items as described unfortunately the yellow door was broken could have happened in delivery

I can only apologise. I packed the item well with loads of filler and can only assume that the accident happened in transit. My suggestion is to get on to RM for a full refund i9ncluding postage. You never know your luck.
