Arnica gel and painful joints
I use this for painful joints in my elbows, wrists and fingers. I am assuming it to be arthritis, I was buying small tubes of arnica gel but it didn’t last very long. The cold and damp tend to worsen my condition. This definitely relieves the pain. I rub it well in to get the desired relief. I don’t have any swelling so chose not to consult my GP which is often difficult to do in these troubled times. This definitely helps me.
