Quality spout
I looked at dozens of pour spouts to use for Olive Oil. These were the only ones that had a good cover mechanism. So far the spout with the counter balance works great. This appears to be a well build and should last me many years.

Not Comercial Grade.
At first look these door locks seem to be well made & sturdy. Once I started to install them I found they are not "Commercial Grade". 1. The screws sent with the locks are total junk. They are less than an inch long and do not stand-up to being screwed in & out more than once or tightened down. 2. I had one of the bolt mechanisms come apart while trying to get it to fit in the door. 3. The recessed holes for the screws that pull the two halves of the door lock together are poorly constructed. I had to be very careful not to over tighten these screws for fear they would pull through the thin metal left after drilling the recess.
Bottom line is that I would not buy these locks again if I need them.

Good product
This unit allowed me to continue to use and older 5.1 sound system with my new PC.
