  The cake stand arrived damaged and badly packed. I appreciate that wood is rustic but it wasn't very good condition or quality! I connected the seller about the issues we had, I did really want a refund but they said they would send me a new piece of pre drilled wood to replace the broken piece. I did receive a new piece of wood but it wasn't pre drilled. I was really disappointed and sad that I couldn't use the cake stand for the wedding. Don't was a waste of money.

  Item is not like the pictures, basically received a bag of cheap looking logs, screws and tree trunks. Stand can’t be assembled without screws being on display, unlike the picture, logs are much thinner than picture and look cheaper, no instructions provided either , no response from seller

  Cancelled delivery at the very last minute saying they only had 9/10 inch wood slices. Very disappointing as I needed it for a wedding and they waited a week to tell me this!
