Arrived today, reasonably prompt considering Royal Mail strikes, and item (Lego) was new as described. Royal Mail decided to put an elastic band around the box which left the box a bit squashed which can't be helped, but since the seller carefully wrapped the box well with bubble wrap, it was protected from further potential damage by the courier. No complications with order thus no communication was needed with the seller, overall a happy customer. :)
