Poor Quality Control

Quality control problem. Not all the pieces are carved competently. I asked if they could replace one of the poorly carved knights, and they said everything would have to be replaced, which, according to their literature, would require a 20% restocking fee AND I would have to pay for both the shipping back to them as well as the shipping to me, for the replacement.
