When I got home, I noticed they only paid postage of £0.87. However, eBay were charging me £2.49 to post (this was eBays mistake. I challenged them on it, but they are unwilling to acknowledge fault. What can you do?!). I explained all of this patiently to the buyer and refunded them in full as soon as I found out. I then revised my original item details, so I could resell on eBay. Buyers comments are vindictive & untrue

No communication whatsoever, item stated 48hr delivery, but wasn't posted for almost a week and arrived 9 days after purchase. I am very sorry that the item arrived damaged. I provided what I believed to be sufficient packaging against 'abusive delivery practices'. However, I DID cover the item with sufficient insurance should Evri fail in this. On the whole, I'm glad you were able to fix the item. As too delivery. I ALWAYS send items via the cheapest delivery option, i.e. 2nd class. So this is an error. Sometimes I can not change eBAY'S defaults. So this is not something I can take responsibility for.

Pretty good, but not perfect
What I like: it seems quite robust (although I've not yet dropped my phone!); I like the stand at the back, and; it has a good grip to it. Minor gripe, I did not realise that a screen protector was not provided. (to be fair, it did not advertise one, I just overlooked this). So, I had to order separately and it was even more expensive than the case!

Worth every penny...
We have enjoyed using the Roku Stick and it has cut costs for us as we no longer pay B.T. huge amounts for their services(!), which included television. We switched to Vodafone and only pay £22 a month. The only downside (if it is such?), is not having 'live' television, but we can catch up anytime we like, so we are happy.
