I expected the kit case to be black, but it looks very faded, like it’s been left in the sun for a long time....Not that it matters as it houses all the screwdrivers perfectly, but just wasn’t what I expected from looking at the photos.

Good when instructions followed
1 of 1 found this helpful I have received and setup my Hozelock 2in1. At first I followed the instructions for putting it together (but I didn’t realise there was much putting together required before purchasing). Then I just started using it without following the rest of the instructions for first time use and best way of recoiling the hose. With this it lead to A LOT of time and effort to untangle the hose from within its casing. I then removed the hose entirely and fully read the instructions and it is now working as expected. I’m happy with my purchase, but didn’t realise there was so much to putting it together and winding in the hose as it all seems very self explanatory...But it’s not. I would recommend the 2in1, but I strongly recommend reading the instructions from start to finish!
