The heavy arbor is heavy suggesting it was at fault here plus given the required caring momentum sorting centres apply for processing. Items as described, all new but tumble delivered. Appearance off putting as it was handed over, and you read the claims instructions 1st! Lucky this time perhaps. Messaged an advisory to Seller.

    My order arrived late by 3+ days, royal mail yet again. the HSS drill set looks to be good quality but just to use now. the set is great value and the condition is new, but not well packaged as when delivered the drop from the letter box cracket the plastic case. apart from that i received a good service alround and happy to use again. you should visit and view the stock that's for sale.
