  Seller misrepresented the tennis racquet I bought from him. False advertising. Headline stated "4 Grip size" when the butt of the racquet (and actual handle size) is "0 Grip size" (see picture; is that size 4?) -- handle is far too small to be of any use, but seller is claiming technicalities and trying to deflect the blame. Inaccurate advertising buyer wastes $40 for a useless tool. Try ordering "Size 10" shoes, but fulfillment arrives as "Size 6" and seller claims innocence. Sleazy.

  UPDATE: The seller saw the light and refunded my payment, so the situation was resolved as well as could be expected. Seems to be reasonable in the long run.
