  Was supposed to come with key at buyers request as stated in description. I submitted offer and it was accepted. I asked for key and right before shipping was told since my offer wasn't full price they weren't going to include key and if I didnt like it they would cancel transaction. Shipping was quick though

  Hello I think you’re confusing “request” with “included”. Just because you request something doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed to get it, which I thought was clear to everyone. The reason I denied your request for the key is because I was giving you a very generous discount on the item, which most sellers would have never done in the first place. I notified you I wasn’t going to include the key even before you paid for the item, and I gave you an option to cancel the order if you weren’t satisfied.
