  I received a product advertised as new which is full of crud . The top cap would not unscrew until I soaked in hot water. I informed the seller who does not accept returns and obtained a reply but no satisfaction, I am out the product price without any ebay means of remedy that I could find: no complaint page and no phone number for customer support.

  This person contacted me and I very kindly answered him and suggested that he send me the return request. He told me that he didn't know much how to do it. I even told him to look for Help that I could gladly solve but with the article back. He never answered me. I have proof that with pleasure I waited for him. And today he knew how to handle the phone without even reporting to eBay. In a formal way by people like you. The world does not move forward 🫨
