    Box was a bit battered, it had clearly been delivered to somebody else prior to me, as old delivery label with the persons name and address was still on the box. So not quite as described, new, unopened. But it all seems to be in tact and new and it was a good saving, so very pleased. Thank you

Finally joined the steam generator iron brigade
First time using steam generator iron the prices put me off. This one was at a price point I liked. Has cut down ironing time by half. It takes longer to get to temperature on initial switch on than conventional irons but not problem in the scheme of things. One setting for all clothing types is also very cool. I was worried about the bulk of the product after use but this one packs away neatly.
