this chair promotes bad posture and sore arms, arm rest are uncomfortable and if you try and sit up you are just too far back from your desk, there is no way to tilt and lock the seat , if i had the choice i would choose another chair. Assembly was easy, it is a rather large chair and while i am 6ft 2 i still find my arms arent long enough to sit back so i am hunching.. which is not good.

Easy to use
1 of 1 found this helpful Follow the instructions carefully but make sure you soak your feet every day during the exfoliating process in water for at least an hr - i did this several times a day. Your feet will feel dry during this period and soaking it helps the product work better and makes your feet feel hydrated.
