Works like a charm
8 of 8 found this helpful It took about 7 days of taking these for my depression to completely go away. One thing I noticed since the first tablet was that my carbohydrates cravings are completely gone. Before these tablets I just couldn't control carb cravings at all specially in the evening. After a meal I would get these cravings so what ever sweet I had in my house I would eat it, bread with Nutella, jam, chocolate or whatever was in my path I would eat it. Thanks to these I am 4 days now with zero carbs a day and no desire for carbs at all, entering ketosis while before I was never able to go more that 2 days. I highly recommend these.
