D2 or D3?
I am old and need vitamin D as I was brought up in a cloudy country and didnt get much sun. However I've been Googling Vits D2 and 3 and discovered that D3 has better long term results on health than D2. So thanks for sending me D2. I'm sure its fine and I am glad that my huband and I are taking it for now
