It works on large rats!!!
We caught our rat!! I am thrilled, because I always catch and release small mice humanely, and I was afraid this wouldn't catch a large rat, because I had heard the rats are too smart and won't enter these traps. I hadn't had luck before with traps for rats, but this one was the perfect size, and it worked overnight with peanut butter on bread. We released the rat out in a country meadow this morning. Easy and it felt good to let that guy go!!
