Really disappointed. Noting the AO brand I trusted items would be in good working order despite them being returns, they reassure you the item has been tested however in my case the item I purchased did not work whereby it turned on and off when it pleased. I paid a plumber 120£ to install the item to find a faulty product. On raising this with AO no compensation was offered and just a exchange. I now have to pay the same plumber to uninstall the item with nothing offered from AO. Wouldn't recc
