They also shipped only when I chased them and even then underpaid the postage which caused inconvenience and an extra £1.50 postage charge. I had zero communication from them until I complained about he wrong item being sent. They refused return/refund/reimburse after telling me it was my fault I didn’t notice the errors in their ad. Terrible experience!
