    Terrible item never turned up tried blaming me said I was a scammer. Got tracking number then said someone else delivering it with royal mail no tracking. Who would deliver and not track with this value. Or was it just never posted. Very rude when asking for updates for nearly 2 weeks blamed his daughter then said it was my fault as he was doing me a favour REALLY I’ve just paid nearly £170 for something that has not come buy with care and at own risk SHOCKING

    I made this customer fully aware I was in the United States when the purchase happened and that I had paused my account when landed and would do my upmost to make this sale go ahead . I called on the help of my daughter who mistakingly posted without tracking . In the past I have been scammed by buyers saying they have not received the item . I just asked the question if this was a scam . I said early on I would refund if was a problem of which I did without hesitation from America .
