  I ordered pink lemonade but ended up receiving a sachet of strawberry and one of lemonade. I was going to use it for dyeing some fabric as you can do this with Kool Aid I’d done my research so this is the one I wanted. However I was not given any explanation or apology or even told beforehand that they were substituting pink grapefruit with something else otherwise I wouldn’t have wanted a substitute and would have declined. I did receive a refund but no word of apology not good customer service
