Perfect to slow a noisy fan, it works great!
It is very simple to wire up and works as advertised. It is small and light, comes with a nice press fit knob, a washer and nut for the speed control. It is perfect for controlling a small muffin fan.

Looks like it should work, but doesn't for me
1 of 3 found this helpful I found this antenna to be barely usable on 160m and 80m bands. On 160 an S9 signal on my dipole was S6 on the MiniWhip. On 80 meters an S9+20 signal dropped to S8 on the MiniWhip. I could not receive anything at frequencies above 80 meters. I tried 40m, 20m and 2m. Strong local weather stations on 164 MHz were competely inaudible on the MiniWhip.
The antenna board is professionally made, double sided, with surface mount components. The power injector board works fine. The noise level rises about 15 dB when power is applied so something active is happening. I have no idea why it doesn't work.
