Decent for the price
2 of 2 found this helpful Got this delivered and installed a 1tb hard drive hardest part is trying to mount the camera where theres power. Apart from that its literal plug and play as described, install drive, install camera, power nvr and camera on picture is there. Remote monitoring working fine with remote playback aswell not fully tuned the settings yet. clear enough for the price and still a good image. Yet to try night time and get all four going at once but would imagine itll be ok. Picture is a direct screenshot of live feed on my mobile via the mobile network away from home, cameras mounted on top corner of house below guttering. Also image of night vision which is crystal clear. Image clarity on screen is much sharper when i realised the box doesnt display 1080p signal as standard

Great just like a tablet but mind the wiring
Brilliant bit of kit for the price (£103) if you don't use physical media (cd/dvd). The headunit has almost every bit of functionality you could ask for, Infact you could almost say it has to much for a car, puts alot of named brands to shame. The device is virtually an android tablet shaped into the dash and simplified for the car. Please note though it is NOT plug and play as stated due to the patch harness is incorrectly wired, when installed in a gen 1 mazda 3 mps with the bose system it allows a 6 volts feed to remain going to the bose amp at power off, this ultimately ruins the battery and parasitic draw causes it to run flat. To remedy this issue cut the blue and white wire from the headunit on the patch harness, take the end that is on the car plug side and connect It it to the red accessory wire (strip insulation and twist on). This means the amplifier will function properly and only power on when the keys on ignition live, both saving the amp from burning out and ultimately stopping the battery draining flat when not used. For the price though I'd highly recommend this headunit only time will tell how reliable it becomes.

Worth the weight in gold
Amazing bit of kit, get the base set aswell and you'll very rarely get stuck again. Used these a couple of times for rounded bolts on suspension and they worked a treat. Also used it recently for a very rounded egr bolt. Your best giving it a very gentle tap on with a hammer if possible to get a good bite firstly but can be used without doing this
