It never came
The product never came and I’m out $40.

Exactly what I needed
DirectTV no longer cares about their customers. When I recently switched from DISH, which is even worse, I was given an incorrect quote, the equipment didn’t work correctly, I was charged for installation, and they gave me a much cheaper remote than the universal remote that they had back when they cared about their customers. They refused to give me the universal remote, so I ordered one from EBay. It works perfectly.
