Easy to use and creates a firm connection

Good but not great.
1 of 1 found this helpful There should be programs that take into consideration different types of flour. The auto-weigh feature is far less valuable if you don't use standard plain flour. Having to manually override the amount of liquid the machine tells you when using different flour types such as Gluten free defeats the purpose. This is a very big negative based on the cost to what is generally a good machine.
