    Very disappointed with this bracelet. Wore for couple of hours whilst sat in a car, discovered broken. Very poor quality for that to happen. The seller implied I had been careless with it which was incorrect. I have to pay almost the same price paid for the bracelet for a repair to 1 link. Poor product, rude after sales communication, be weary of buying from this seller. Also paid £8.50 for postage and it arrived late for my 50th birthday present.

    The buyer said that I was rude in my after sale communication. I never rude to any buyer and I checked all my messages to this buyer and they are all answered in a professional manner. The buyer purchased the item on 9th December and paid £8.50 for postage as per the listing. I posted the item by Tracked delivery on 10th December (next day after receiving the order). The buyer received it on 13th December, which was within the delivery time frame.
