An alternate use.
Actually, I use it to distribute diatomaceous earth on plants and places where my cats hang out. It works very well for that, and I expect it works just fine for sifting flour as well. Everything comes out as a find powder. The components seem as sturdy as one would hope for.

Does the job.
A few quick pumps and I can feel the bottle get tight. Soda (seltzer in my case) is just as fizzy as when I first opened it.
