Great Product - works as advertised. Install a little tricky if you don't understand residential home wiring

Love this product. I had a handyman friend install the switch because I don't understand all the wiring. But once he installed it the set up in the software walked me thru everything.

I Love this keyboard

I love this keyboard. It is my 2nd one and I like the silver over the black as it shows a lot less dirt.

Mostly works but EXTREMELY heavy

I am using this product but would not purchase it again. My #1 issue is that it is EXTREMELY heavy. There is a lot of jell in this product which is why it is this way. #2 It works great for about 20 minutes. But after the jell gets up to your body temp it (of course) stops cooling.
