Catalytic Converter BM91263H Inc. Fitting Kit

Flange on Cat. Holes do not line up with gasket. Gasket correct , Cat holes out of position. All 3 bosses are out of position. 2 bosses to fit heat shield. Had to elongate holes in heat shield. 1 boss to fit bracket to engine. Had to elongate hole in bracket. Fitting Kit 2 Gaskets OK. Stud to long. 5 nuts only used 1. 2 nuts & washers ? . No replacement bolts or nuts to fit Cat to block or heat shield to Cat.
