It looks the same but.......
2 of 2 found this helpful Am is marginal at best. My Sangean prd 5 and 15 with dsp are much better at dxing! Fm is pretty good with excellent sound quality!

Nice receiver!
In 2007 when this thing was manufactured, it retailed for $1800. It has more features and functions than I'll ever use. It sounds fantastic hooked up my Polk monitor 60s! It's hefty, almost 40 lbs- huge transformer, big heatsink- 140 watts per channel×7 into 8 ohms. It's a powerhouse and I love it!

Battery
This battery was worse than the 2 year old battery I replaced with it!
