  Such a shame. You were so helpful at first. Sent the item, all be it expensive postage, however when it arrived one of the oars was snapped and the boat was soaking wet. I instantly contacted you and you replied saying your Aunt had passed we could come to an arrangement with sorting a new oar, I even offered to help you sort it!! I then didn't hear from you again!! I have messaged numerous times but you just ignore me,really disrespectful. I was happy to meet you halfway with payment
